- Introducing Mahasati Meditation (

Mahasati Meditation is a form of moving meditation. In Mahasati Meditation the
practitioner moves rhythmically with their awareness open to the movement of body and
mind. The movements are simple and repetitious, yet Mahasati Meditation is a powerful,
deep, and advanced method for self-realization.
- Man and Thought ( English ) ( Chinese, Big-5 )
Thought and awareness are two basic elements in man. When the one is strong, the other
will be weak. If we cultivate awareness more and more, when thought arises, we are aware
of it immediately again and again. The mind will change its quality at this point. The
path starts from here. It is the beginning of Nirvana.
- Heaven in the mind, Hell in the mind ( English
) ( Chinese, Big-5 )
The eyes' only duty is to see. The ears' only duty is to hear. What really matters is the
mind's response to seeing and hearing.
- Search for Nirvana ( English ) ( Chinese, Big-5 )
Nirvana is in every moment of our daily lives, but we don't know and don't understand
that. So we forget that and look for it outside of ourselves. If we really want it in this
lifetime and seek for it seriously, we will get it.
- Kalama Sutta ( English ) ( Chinese, Big-5 )
Do not believe just because it is ... Believe it only when ..... The Buddha's discourse to
the Kalamas on how to deal with doubtful matters.
